KYC Verification

9000bet follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure platform security. Members may be required to submit the following documents:

• Screenshot of mobile banking account
• Recent selfie (with photo ID)

Each member is fully responsible for the security of their own account. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.

3Deposit & Payment Policy

9000bet supports convenient deposit methods for users in Bangladesh. All deposits must be made from the member's own account — deposits made through third parties are not accepted.

4Bonus & Promotions Policy

• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered at a specified multiplier (typically 20x–30x) before any withdrawal can be made.

5Withdrawal Policy

9000bet aims to process all withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. However, withdrawals may be delayed or placed on hold if certain conditions are not met.

Withdrawal Terms

1. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
2. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (same account number).
3. Withdrawals are not permitted while a bonus is active until the wagering requirement has been completed.
4. Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
5. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by your account level.

6Gaming Rules & Fair Play

• If a technical error occurs during a game, the affected round may be declared void.
• Winnings obtained by exploiting software bugs or glitches are void and will be cancelled.

9Account Suspension or Termination

• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
• Misconduct or harassment toward other members.

If a member wishes to close their account, please contact support and the necessary steps will be taken. Any valid balance will be returned after verification.

10Terms & Conditions Update Policy

9000bet reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
